Goods will be delivered either by being loose tipped off the back of the truck or in bulk bags, whichever is your preference. For more details on access and logistics of our deliveries, please take a look at our FAQs page.
Crane Delivery
Our lorries, weighing 32 tonnes when fully loaded, will park on the public highway and crane the bags onto your property. Our cranes can reach up to 6 metres from the side of the vehicle. Please ensure there are no overhead cables or overhanging trees that could hamper the delivery. If the delivery vehicles cannot off-load, the load will be aborted, and a returns fee will be charged. If you have any doubts about access, please contact our sales team for advice.
Tipped
If you choose to have your goods delivered loose in bulk, an 8-wheeler HGV tipper will deliver them.
These lorries can weigh up to 32 tonnes when fully loaded, so we cannot drive onto your property. If you instruct our driver to do so, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any damage caused. Ensure there are no power cables or obstructions in the delivery area. Articulated Delivery
For larger deliveries, we use our 44-tonne articulated lorries. These vehicles have a capacity of 29 tonnes or 22m³ and are ideal for transporting large quantities of materials. Due to their size, these lorries will park on the public highway and offload the materials as required. Please ensure there is sufficient space for the lorry to manoeuvre and offload safely. If you have any concerns about access, our sales team is available to provide guidance.
